Essential Job Functions
Manage day-to-day execution of industrial project shipments, including containerised cargo and occasional OOG/heavy lift movements.Coordinate multimodal transportation activities, including ocean freight, trucking, and specialised project cargo handling.Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely shipment planning, documentation, and execution.Monitor shipment schedules, identify risks, and proactively resolve operational issues to maintain project timelines.Coordinate with carriers, terminals, warehouses, and vendors to ensure smooth cargo movement.Support the handling of power infrastructure, cooling equipment, and modular components for data centre projects.Maintain project documentation, including shipment trackers, SOPs, execution plans, and status reports.Ensure compliance with local import/export regulations, customs requiremen...
