Project Manager - Hanoi

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project implementation plans (scope, timeline, milestone, release).
• Coordinate with PO/Tech Lead to build EPICs, roadmap, and work structure on Jira.
• Develop WBS, organize and control team execution progress.
• Monitor, evaluate, and adjust plans to ensure deadlines and quality are met.
• Set up progress tracking dashboards, workload monitoring, and risk alerts.
• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily, Planning, Refinement, Nexus).
• Manage resources (internal & outsourced), forecast resource surplus/shortage.
• Proactively identify and handle risks and changes during project implementation.
• Work with customers/stakeholders to align requirements and project goals.
• Provide periodic/ad-hoc project status reports; organize acceptance and handover.
