Job Summary This position exists to aid our production department in ensuring our customers have a seamless and exceptional installation experience with us and are 100% satisfied with their project.

You will assist our production manager with a variety of tasks.  Along with the production manager you will help our company deliver on our commitments and timelines made the night of the sale.  Primary Responsibilities • Interact with our staff and customers and assure 100% satisfaction • Work with fence and deck customer to premeasure and review utility locates and adjust as needed • Schedule quality control for fence and deck projects with customers and crews • Communicate with customers via email and phone on related issues. • Facilitate customer management software from production and operational aspects • Visit active jobsites daily to meet quality standards and perform small services • Train crews on new products or upd...
