Thermal Works LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager, EMEA to join our team, working directly with the Director of Project Management and the regional Director of Operations, serving as the central point of accountability for execution performance for multiple projects in a region, delivering ThermalWorks’ high‑efficiency cooling systems for data centers. The Project Manager, EMEA needs to be agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate will understand the unique challenges of mission‑critical environments, be organized, proactive, and capable of working independently while knowing how to navigate complex stakeholder environments for highly technical design and construction projects, enforce high standards, drive effective execution, and build respect through competence, presence, and consistent leadership.
