About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end civil and infrastructure projects Develop project schedules, method statements, and resource plans.
- Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and construction activities.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and variation claims.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with WSH, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related).
- 8–10 years’ experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations.
- Experience in team and subcontractor management.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Experience in large infrastructure/sewerage/tunneling/airport projects.
- Familiarity with PUB, LTA, BCA requirements.
