About the Role

  1. Rich hands‑on engineering experience
  2. Extensive overseas project experience; willing to travel and accept occasional 1–2 months overseas assignments
  3. Strong overall large‑scale project management capability
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Hardworking and able to quickly adapt to any new work environment
  6. Face difficulties head‑on, never retreat, never give up, relentless
  7. Fluent in English
  8. Chemical / E&I / Mechancial background preferred
  9. On‑site execution agility: hands‑on experience in site supervision, material take‑offs, RFI handling, and subcontractor coordination. Comfortable with extended hours during commissioning.
  10. Technical documentation: proficient in P&ID/GA reviews, equipment datasheets, progress tracking (Gantt, S-curves), and punch list closure. Basic AutoCAD knowledge a plus.
