Role: Project Engineer / Project Manager - Aerospace department
Location: Redditch
Salary: up to £65,000 DOE
Hours: 39 hours per week working the Monday to Thursday 07.30 to 16.30 and Friday 07.30 to 12.30
Contracted hours: 40 per week
Direct reports
Project leads x2, Manufacturing Engineers x3, Process Engineer x1, Expeditor x1 and working closely with the Engineering & Manufacturing Manager - senior leadership team
Overview:
We require a Project Engineer to lead and manage the NPDI process through the defined framework, delivering clear plans to meet customer requirements. You will ensure robust project management supports on-time delivery by mitigating risks and implementing recovery actions where needed.
