About the Role

Title: Project Engineer 
Location: Aldermaston, Berkshire 
Rate: £42.00 CIS per hour 
Company Nuclear engineering, waste management and decommissioning specialist. AWE Aldermaston site with ongoing work for commercial, data centres and nuclear. This position requires a construction project engineer with a Mechanical bias. 
Project Details Project length: On-going 
Role Mechanical Construction Project Engineer – 50–60 hour expected working week. 
Responsibilities Prepare documentation to support project delivery, including Control Plans, Method Statements, Risk Assessments and LTQR documentation. 
Requirements Background working on the tools in a Fitter position. 
Experience writing and signing off permits. 
2+ years experience in the nuclear sector preferred. 
NVQ Level 4, HNC or HND – NVQ Level 3 alone will not be sufficient.
