Regional & SubRegional Leadership 

  • Lead and oversee sub regional Operations project teams across EMEA, including Africa. 

  • Set clear regional direction, standards, and priorities while enabling effective local execution. 

  • Act as senior escalation point for high risk or operationally sensitive projects

  • Maximize project management efficiency using available systems and technologies. 

  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed. 

  • Conduct health checks on programmes or projects as required. 

  • Provide support to less experienced team members as needed. 

  • Capital & Energy Project Delivery (Live Sites) 

  • Deliver the EMEA internal CapEx portfolio, including lifecycle replacement, resilience upgrades, capacity optimisation, regulatory works, and energy efficiency initiatives.
