Project Delivery Practice Lead

Introduction

DDS IT is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Practice Lead to establish, lead, and mature our Project Delivery Practice (PDP). This is a rare opportunity to shape how projects are delivered across a growing New Zealand technology services organisation, with genuine executive support and influence.

This role offers a unique balance of strategic leadership, practice development, customer engagement, and hands‑on project delivery ownership. Operating in a “player‑coach” capacity, you will help define delivery governance, methodologies, reporting, tooling, and operational standards, while also leading complex or high‑profile customer projects.
