About the Role

Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Gambas Crescent (Sembawang) / Client-Site

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm & Saturday (If required)

Salary: Up to $4000 + AWS + 10 Days Annual Leave + Transport Allowances

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of project activities
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including progress reports and cost tracking
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as design, procurement, and site operations, to ensure efficient project execution
  • Facilitate communication between the project team, clients, and stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures on site
