About the Role
Support commercial construction projects as a Door & Hardware Estimator/Project Coordinator with Accurate Door & Hardware Co. Oversee the quoting and ordering processes for efficiency.
You will play a vital role in ensuring all projects run smoothly by reviewing specifications, preparing estimates, and liaising with suppliers. Strong communication and organizational skills will be essential, as you'll manage project documentation and revisions while keeping accurate records of all transactions related to door and hardware supply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review specifications and architectural drawings for quoting
• Conduct accurate takeoffs and prepare Division 8 estimates
• Coordinate and track vendor responses for pricing
• Assist with revisions and changes in project scope
