Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Able to prepare approval set of drawings and good knowledge of taking approvals from authorities includingdrawings, method statements, risk assessments etc.
  • Represent company in all project meetings if required and Coordination with both office and Site on regular basis till the Project Completion.
  • Coordinate with consultant / main contractor and provide required information.
  • Coordinate with drafting team for shop drawings and manage submissions
  • Coordinate for material submittals
  • Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders supporting the BOQ
  • Manage billing and Site documents
  • Managing projects within the established schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
