About the Role
Keyresponsibilities
- Assist with project planning, schedules, and progress tracking
- Coordinate communication among internal teams, subcontractors,suppliers, and clients
- Work together with project team to ensure that the Bills ofQuantities are promptly updated and assist in preparation of sample boardsand mock-up samples as may be required
- Track Procurement Status, manage material delivery schedule,monitor project inventory
- Maintain project documentation: Submittals, Change Orders (VOs),Meeting Minutes, Site Reports and As-Built Records.
- Assist the Admin/Account in the follow-up payment from customers,by ensuring that all necessary documentation especially in regard toproject progress claims are submitted according to schedule and on time.
