工作职责：

1.Frame Contract Governance 开发商战略合同管理

Manage developer frame contracts and review key commercial terms. Consolidate frame contract profiles and ensure documentation is properly archived.

管理开发商战略合同，审核合同条款。整合合同概要并完成资料归档，与开发商战略合作中涉及合同内容对接。

2.Bidding Profile Support 投标文件支持

provide necessary coordination support during bidding preparation. Coordinate and follow up internal application processes related to bidding and contracts, ensuring timely and compliant execution.

审核招标文件条款，初步评估项目报价，在投标准备过程中提供必要的协调支持。

3.Project Contract Management under Frame Agreements 框架下单项目合同管理

Manage individual projects under frame contracts, ensure internal approval procedures are completed, and maintain orderly documentation.

管理框架合同下的单项目，落实相关内部审批流程，并确保文件有序归档。

4.Strategic Contract and Data Maintenance 战略数据维护

Maintain statistics on strategic pricing and on developer strategic agreements; provide data support for business decisions.
