Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales
- Manage incoming leads via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Qualify prospects, schedule viewings, and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for unit availability, pricing updates, and documentation.
Outside Sales
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and site visits for prospective buyers or tenants.
- evelop and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and referral partners.
- Attend networking events and engage with potential clients in the market.
