About the Role

            Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience as an architectural profession, including at least 5 years on projects of similar scale and complexity, particularly major buildings construction works and deep excavation. Relevant experience including design work 
Possess a degree in architecture or recognized degree in the relevant field by the BOA of Singapore or possess an equivalent recognised accreditation acceptable to the OIC 
Successfully completed at least one (1) project through the construction and handover stages 
Strong technical background with experience in project management and site coordination, preferably in large scale civil and infrastructure work and multi-disciplinary construction projects 
Self‑motivated, driven and possess good analytical skills as well as able to synthesize data from Common Data Environment /EDMS/Primavera P6 to identify project coordination risks
