Project Architect

Key Responsibilities:

•To look after the complete cycle of the project from client coordination, with various in house design teams and getting high quality design made to coordination of services from various consultants ensuring the design intent is intact, to preparing high quality construction documents for PMCs or site contractors.

• It is important for this role to have great coordination skills and in-depth knowledge of the entire project cycle from design to end construction.

• Project managers will be required to coordinate with MEP and structure consultants, vendors on regular basis and visit sites to ensure proper construction process till hand over.

• Lead a team of project architects, assigning tasks efficiently for an accurate and timely completion of construction documents.
