Project and Distribution Sales Manager

Location: Kallang

Schneider Electric is looking for an experienced Project Distributor & General Distribution Sales Leader to drive profitable growth through our distributor network, with a strong focus on project and transaction sales, channel performance, and market expansion.

This role is primarily focused on general distribution and project-based business , managing distributor partnerships, driving specification influence, and ensuring strong commercial execution. Busway is a strategic growth area within the role and represents approximately 20% of the overall responsibilities.

The ideal candidate brings strong channel leadership, project-selling experience, and the ability to work across complex ecosystems involving distributors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
