About the Role

The Project Administrator role reports to the Director of Administration and is responsible for supporting administrative operations on multiple projects. This is a full-time in-office position based out of our Lynchburg, VA office. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys supporting construction teams, managing project documentation, and helping projects move efficiently from startup through closeout.

    • Responsible for supporting Superintendents, Project Managers, and Project Executives to ensure the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.

    • Track and organize project documentation, including submittals and RFIs.
    • Update project management software daily for all assigned projects.
