About the Role

Qualifications:


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields).

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Administrator / Project Support.

  • Strong understanding of processes and documentation within the Project & Engineering Change Management System (PECMS) or similar systems.

  • Proficient in managing project documents, meeting minutes, tracking action items, and project reporting.

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, communicative, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project-related tools.

  • Relevant certifications in project administration or project management are an added advantage.
