Programme Manager

Position Overview

You will own drive of the programme underpinning Fourth's next stage of growth: optimising the enterprise platform across business applications, integrations, and data, and making Fourth an AI-native organisation. It is high‑stakes, cross‑functional, and visible at board level.

Primary Responsibilities

• Fix the foundations. Drive delivery of a single trusted customer view, the rationalisation of core platforms, ownership and integrations, governed business data with automated executive reporting, and a people system of record (HRIS).
• Make Fourth AI‑native. Support the conditions for safe, effective AI adoption at scale, and build the governed knowledge and customer‑context layer that powers internal AI assistants, beginning with Customer Support.
