We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager with significant Senior Project Management experience to lead the delivery of a critical payroll transformation programme within Inland Revenue. This role will drive the implementation of a new integrated payroll solution as part of a broader ERP Strategic Investment Programme reporting to the Programme Director.
In this role, you will:
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new Datapay Payroll Solution, including migration from SAP ECC6, integration with the Oracle Fusion Cloud system, and required Oracle HCM changes to enable improved end-to-end business processes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope and deliverables, while working across multiple project managers and team leads to ensure clear, aligned and non-overlapping roles and responsibilities
