About the Role

A Programme Helper: 

  • Join the centre staff in receiving and sending off children during receiving and pickup time (supervised by trained staff) but should not be allowed to communicate directly with parents
  • Assist in the execution of routine care duties e.g. feeding/meal time, diapering/toileting, bathing/washing, sleeping/napping
  • Assist in the preparation of learning activities, teaching aids and learning corners
  • Assist in cleaning/disinfecting of resources/toys

    • 5. Upkeep professionalism during course of work by:

    a)Maintaining strict confidentiality about the children

    b)Taking pride in your personal grooming

    c)Adhering to the code of conduct at all times

    d)Performing any other ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned by the Mentor Teacher / Principal from time to time
