  About You: 
 Overseeing a Planning Team, dealing with the planning and delivery of all M&E activities.
 Support the Line Manager of a team of Programme Support Officers.
 Telephone, face to face meetings and email queries.
 Investigate complaints including those from Councillors, MPs and Ombudsman.
 Supporting/working with M&E Trade Managers and other Managers within the service.
