About the Role

Summary The incumbent serves as a Program Support Assistant (PSA) in the Polytrauma System of Care (PSC) and provides day-to-day coordination of the Rehabilitation administrative offices. This individual works under the direction of the Administrative Officer (AO), PSC, and ensures priorities and needs are met for each area. Routine work is performed independently in accordance with the overall objectives of PSC and the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). Responsibilities DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Incumbent fulfills administrative functions as assigned and serves as backup coverage for other sections in the Polytrauma System of Care and PM&RS as needed.
