The Program

Our Youth Residential programs provide culturally based programming, support and safe, home‑based accommodations for youth in the care of Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) as well as an Indigenous funded agency (Usma) providing long‑term therapeutic care for up to 3 children or youth. These programs support children or youth who have experienced a trauma, are addressing adverse childhood experiences and/or overcoming other adversities.

In Your Role You Will

• Plan and develop the program in consultation with the program manager, and plans and implements program activities and special events.
• Formulate program policies and procedures and evaluates the program in consultation with the supervisor.
