Program Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

The Program Operations Specialist reports through the Community Relations department but works very closely with the Dean of the College of Heath Professions and the Student Admissions staff as well as others at Upstate who are doing any pathway and pipeline programs to attract students or community members to Upstate Medical. This position will the be the program builder for the SLATE Outreach module and be the main point of contact to manage the information relative to prospective students and community member engagement. This position has the primary responsibility to build the SLATE portion of the outreach site following agreed and acceptable data standards.

The Program Operations Specialist will assist in building out communication campaigns to system enrollees and creating reports to provide data to evaluate the impact of outreach programming efforts.
