Program Manager, Strategic Projects

What is the Role

Elastic is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join the Marketing PMO team, focused on supporting the execution of strategic projects and operational initiatives across the marketing organization. You will partner closely with an existing Strategic Projects Program Manager, as well as cross‑functional teams, to help plan, coordinate, and deliver key initiatives that drive alignment and improve how marketing operates.

To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable running multiple work streams. You’re someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, keeping projects on track, and ensuring teams are aligned and moving forward.
