Role Overview

The Program Manager – Category Growth will play a critical role in owning and driving strategic initiatives across all the new upcoming categories at GIVA. This role will focus on unlocking new business levers, improving category performance, and leading cost and process optimization initiatives across the value chain.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

1. Strategic Initiatives & Growth Levers

• Own and drive new initiatives aimed at unlocking growth levers across the different new categories (e.g., pricing, assortment, sourcing, supply chain, go-to-market).
