Program Manager (Benefits)

This role combines budget ownership, vendor management, and regional coordination — ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high standard of service quality. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between global vendors, internal teams, and regional market stakeholders.

• Own and manage budgets across multiple benefits programs and markets
• Track and forecast spend against budget, ensuring targets are met and overruns avoided
• Identify and drive cost optimization opportunities across vendors and program design
• Evaluate partner proposals commercially to ensure ROI and long-term value
• Partner with Finance on budget planning, reallocation, and reporting cycles
• Maintain strong governance over budget approvals, utilization, and reporting accuracy
