Program Lead Punjab Location: Chandigarh, Punjab | Frequent travel across districts Type: Full-time Expected Start Date: Immediate About the Role Rocket Learning, in partnership with ICDS, SCERT and Department of Education, Punjab, is actively working to implement its ECCE program statewide. As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for successful planning, rollout, and management of the program across all districts. This includes stakeholder engagement, team leadership, performance tracking and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities 1. Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Rocket Learnings ECCE initiatives in Punjab 2. Government Liaison: Build and manage strong working relationships with state department, district officials and other stakeholders 3.
