Program Engineer (AI Projects) — UAE National | Abu Dhabi, UAE 
We’re hiring a UAE National Program Engineer to lead and coordinate high-impact AI projects in Abu Dhabi. This role sits at the centre of delivery — translating mission needs into clear plans, aligning technical teams and stakeholders, and driving AI programs from concept through to deployment. 
What you’ll do Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives: scope, plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes 
Act as the bridge between technical teams (AI/ML, data, software, cyber) and business/program stakeholders 
Drive requirements gathering, use-case definition, and success metrics for AI projects 
Manage project governance: status reporting, steering updates, RAID logs, documentation, and change control 
Coordinate vendors/partners where required and ensure delivery quality and timelines
