Join our Team About this opportunity: We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team at Ericsson as a Customer Project Manager (CPM). This role is value-driven, data-centered, and pivotal to fostering a balance between Ericsson and our valued customers. The CPM is responsible for Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) execution accountability, compliance to group, legal, and financial directives. A key part of the role is delivering value and benefit recognition through each project, for the benefit of both Ericsson and our clients. What you will do:
  • Align pre-sales CFR with the contract and delivery.
  • Develop project plans for approval and target execution.
  • Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment throughout all stages of execution.
  • Ensure financial performance to meet target Unadjusted Margin.
  • Uphold delivery excellence within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
