Education:
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field needed.LCSW strongly preferred.Qualifications:
Understanding of Harm Reduction and Motivational Interviewing practices.Ability to supervise support staff in a harm-reduction, client-centric environment.Background working with people who have experienced homelessness.Comfortability with working in a multicultural environment, including with those who identify as part of the LGBTQI+ community.Experience providing direct supervision in a clinical/supportive service environment is a plus.Competencies:
