Program Analyst

Summary The incumbent must analyze, evaluate, and advise on the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, departmental organization, manpower utilization, information and documentation systems, and/or similar functions of management that have an impact on Primary Care. The incumbent achieves this through the utilization of various systems, including the PCMM application and other primary care systems, labor mapping updates in DSS, and other internal and external systems. Responsibilities Travel Requirements: Travels to CBOCs and substations to inspect and validate examination rooms, direct clinical FTE, and support staff FTE at least every six months per VHA directive. The incumbent is ultimately responsible for the correctness and quality of the information placed in Primary Care systems.
