The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Commander's Support Staff (CSS) Personnel Programs Manager, providing direct technical and advisory support to the headquarters Squadron Commander, and First Sergeant in support of over 1,600 active duty and Reserve Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) military personnel and civilians. Responsibilities Executes and manages the administration of the HQ AMC physical fitness program in the Air Force's second largest major command organization on behalf of the HQ AMC G-series Squadron Commander. Executes elements of thirty personnel programs for HQ AMC. Alternate HQ AMC Squadron Commander Designee for the LeaveWeb program.
