About the Role
Reporting into the AMER SMB Enablement Team, the Sales Enablement Business Partner (EBP) aligns with the LATAM SVP to execute the sales enablement strategy that supports business priorities. The role owns the end‑to‑end execution of key enablement programs—from design to delivery—to accelerate seller productivity and education across products, industry/segment knowledge, and role‑based competencies, ultimately enhancing customer conversations and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the execution and deployment of the Enablement Strategy and programs for the aligned Sales Organization.
- Analyze and interpret key sales metrics to identify gaps and define the most relevant enablement programs that impact business metrics.
