Lead department in efficiency, safety and quality operations while upholding company policies. Inspect finished products prior to delivery to the internal or external customer to verify quality specifications are met. Maintain all proper documentation and production reporting. Monitor and adjust work assignments to ensure production requirements are met. Ensure policies/procedures are understood and followed. Provide a safe and professional work environment. Set and lead training requirements. Develop methods of improvement for the department. Display and promote teamwork and a respectful atmosphere.
