**Job Title: Production Technician – Rubber Compounding and Mixing**
**Job Description**
This role supports a custom rubber compounding and mixing facility by handling palletizing, batching, and general production activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will start by managing finished rubber strips on the production line and, as you demonstrate reliability and skill, you will receive cross-training on multiple pieces of equipment and processes across the plant.
**Responsibilities**
+ Palletize manufactured rubber by taking long strips from the production line and neatly weaving them onto pallets for shipment to customers.
+ Cross-weave rubber strips on pallets multiple times to create organized, stable, and transport-ready loads.
+ Assist with batching by pulling ingredients and compounds and weighing them according to work orders to create rubber mixtures.
