Production Team member, Micro Kitchen

The Production Team Member provides support as a member of the production team through ingredient preparation, recipe execution, packaging, sanitation, and proper storage/rotation of ingredients and finished goods.

Responsibilities:

Cut, cook, prepare, and package a variety of hot and cold foods, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, appetizers, wraps, salads, entrees, and other items.

Prepare materials and ingredients for production according to production schedules and recipes. This could involve weighing, measuring, and staging materials for use in the kitchen production processes.

Follow and comply with established kitchen production and packaging protocols and procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.

Maintain accurate packaging of products and ensure correct labeling, batch, and pack dates are applied.
