KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead and manage daily production operations on the shop floor to ensure safe, stable, and efficient execution of the production plan.Chair daily operational meetings to align manpower, materials, equipment, and priorities to meet production requirements.Be accountable for team performance in EHS, process safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.Establish and maintain standardized operating practices, workforce discipline, and visual management on the shop floor.Partner closely with the maintenance team to improve equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support uninterrupted operations.Collaborate with the MPS team to ensure effective production schedulin...
