Production Team Lead

Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 30 Manufacturing/Production Operators to produce our signature medical device. The role includes training new workers, verifying operator performance, and ensuring high productivity and product quality. Key production activities include heat staking, laser welding, mechanical swaging, printed circuit board handling, and related tasks. The manager also supports preventative maintenance on the production floor, such as machine and cleanroom cleaning, and is accountable for overall section performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor operators and material handlers, focusing on performance, behaviors, product quality, and operational efficiency.
• Provide 24/7 availability for ad-hoc employee relations issues as required.
