Production Supervisor ( Usinage )

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and organize production in the machining workshop.
• Manage, supervise, and lead production teams. 
• Ensure control and mastery of machining processes.
• Guarantee compliance with QCD objectives (Quality, Cost, Delivery). 
• Monitor performance indicators. 
• Optimize machining processes and propose continuous improvement actions.

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production follow-up and smooth workflow across machining operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to ensure production efficiency.
• Identify and eliminate sources of waste (downtime, scrap, cycle time deviations).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S).
• Support operators and team leaders in technical problem-solving on the shop floor.
