About the Role

Job Description To supervise day‑to‑day production activities to achieve the desired product quality and productivity. 
To organize and allocate manpower for production. 
To ensure plant is operated at optimal level with minimal down time. 
To ensure production records are properly filled in and maintained for every batch. 
To ensure QC samples are sent from plant to laboratory at required intervals for testing purpose. 
To check all incoming raw and packaging materials to ensure both the quantities and qualities are in order. 
To keep QC retained samples as per Lab requirement. 
To assist in plant repair and maintenance. 
To maintain good housekeeping of the plant. 
To ensure EHS compliance as per Sika policy. 
Qualifications Preferably Diploma in any discipline; those without any qualification but with relevant experience may also be considered.
