Production Supervisor night shift

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities from raw material reception through processing, packaging, and shipping, ensuring adherence to schedules and customer requirements.
• Deliver production plans in terms of volume, quality, and cost by effectively coordinating manufacturing processes and workforce activities.
• Ensure proper utilization and management of raw materials, ingredients, and cleaning products.
• Plan and manage labour requirements to meet operational needs.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with policy and procedures and support positive labour relations.
• Maintain and enforce health and safety standards, including participation in major safety programs (lockout/tagout, machine safety, confined spaces, WHMIS, etc.).
