About the Role
**NOW HIRING – Production Supervisor** **| New Britain, CT**
1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$20.00 – $25.00+/hr Based on Experience
Full-Time | On-Site
**What You'll Do:**
+ Lead and motivate a production floor team daily
+ Schedule and prioritize work to ensure on-time delivery
+ Monitor production records and drive continuous improvement
+ Enforce safety regulations and quality standards
+ Serve as the point of contact for customer order updates
+ Collaborate with purchasing, scheduling, and quality teams
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Proven supervisory and management experience
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to read work orders and production documentation
+ Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Coating experience a plus — but not required
