Production Supervisor (Irapuato)

Job Responsibilities
In charge of coordinating production lines and spare parts, to ensure their deliveries on time.
Always verifying compliance with applicable safety, quality, environmental and time standards, to achieve the satisfaction of internal and external customers, as well as compliance with the production plan.
Make the production schedule and shift organization
Supervision of quality, performance and safety
Provide technical training that team members need
Follow up on pending issues from internal and external audits
Ensure product quality
Observe and take into consideration continuous improvement tools all the time
Monitoring of process maps of areas of responsibility
Keep the boards of the areas of responsibility updated, as well as the others assigned
Ensure compliance with the production plan, through a personnel balance appropriate to said plan
