UHT Production Supervisor

Location: Humansdorp, Eastern Cape

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years previous Supervisory experience in a dairy or FMCG manufacturing environment
• A suitable qualification to facilitate good manufacturing practices and sound staff management principles
• Previous experience and knowledge of the Tetra Pak Filling machines will be an advantage
• Strong product knowledge skills
• Excellent housekeeping skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performance team consisting of Filling machine operators, Downstream Operators, and General Workers.
• Ensure staff commitment to company procedures and achievement of daily targets as per production plan.
