Responsibilities

• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Develop capital equipment justifications to improve quality, cost, and cycle times.
• Track and enter employee schedules and attendance in E‑time Software.
• Conduct weekly production meetings with leads and subordinate employees to discuss production needs and personnel issues.
• Support and enforce safety policies, rules, and regulations on the production floor.
